Project enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with an optional organisation name. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare for a potential commission. This supports our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where applicable, steps you request before entering a contract.

Our form uses FormSubmit to deliver messages to our Google Workspace email account. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form. You can email us directly instead.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages and films people use and whether the website leads to enquiries. It records visits and interactions using cookies and technical information about the visit. We do not deliberately send the names, email addresses or messages entered into our enquiry form to Google Analytics.

Analytics is off until you agree. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. The website remembers your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days; withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection from this site.

Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Provider processing may involve countries outside the UK or European Economic Area.

Films and external services

Some films play directly from our website. Other players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. YouTube players, thumbnails and external links connect to third-party services, which can receive technical information such as your IP address. Playing a film may involve further processing by YouTube under Google’s privacy policy. Your choice about our website analytics is separate from using a YouTube player.

Our hosting providers process the technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website. The Watch catalogue is updated from public YouTube information; searching the catalogue is performed in your browser.

How long information is needed

The relevant retention period depends on whether an enquiry progresses into a project and on any contractual, accounting or legal requirements that apply. Contact us to ask about information relating to your enquiry or to request deletion. Provider cookies and service records are also subject to the providers’ own settings and policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, or object to its use where applicable. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the footer controls.
