The brief
A short educational documentary sharing the experiences of Northern Ireland families affected by fatal or serious road traffic collisions. Developed with Road Safe NI’s Newry, Mourne & Down Committee and the local Policing & Community Safety Partnership, the project encourages road users - particularly young, inexperienced drivers - to consider the lasting consequences of their choices.
Our contribution
SlackPress helped shape the concept and delivered the film within the wider campaign, combining thoughtful production with sensitive personal testimony.
Launched in 2020, the film has been used in schools, youth groups and community settings, and with offenders to encourage reflection on the impact of their actions.
